There is no maximum. Roof structures rise in price exponentially the higher they go, because foundations and footings must be dug deeper and made wider. In our opinion anything over 12 metres is redundant for padel.

FIP regulations require a minimum of 6 metres of completely obstacle-free height above the court, with 8 metres recommended for new builds. In practice we consider anything below 8 metres too low for a quality playing experience. The ideal balance of playability and cost is an apex at 10 metres with the sides at 8 to 9 metres.

Nine metres and up, though anything over 12 metres is redundant. Roofs at 7 to 8 metres at the apex will affect lob play; 10 metres will not. A 10 metre apex suits all levels, from beginners to professionals, and is the most cost-efficient approach.

Yes. Roof design drawings showing the apex and eave levels for your specific project are prepared for every build and provided together with the quotation.

Always metal. Canvas and awnings can break, are prone to tearing and discolour over time. Really high quality canvas requires a different structure and grade of awning, which ends up more expensive than a metal roof.

A padel court is 200 sq.m of playing area (20 x 10 m). With the columns outside the playing area the structure adds another 14 cm of width. International standards require 2 metres of circumventing space for professional tournaments. Placing courts long-side by long-side with 1 metre around each gives every court 2 metres of combined space, satisfying the FIP runoff regulations.

1 court: 200 sqm + 60 sqm runoff = 260 sq.m. 2 courts: 400 + 120 = 520 sq.m. 3 courts: 600 + 180 = 780 sq.m. 4 courts: 800 + 240 = 1,040 sq.m. The 60 sqm of runoff per court assumes courts placed long-side by long-side sharing runoff space.

There is no difference in flooring surface. A concrete base is the foundation either way, with 12 mm artificial monofilament turf as the playing surface. Outdoors we use turf with drainage holes in the backing for quicker drainage after rain.

15 cm thickness, 240 KSC concrete. With a turnkey solution the footings, concrete slab, roof and Tessaban permit application costs are all accounted for in the quotation.

We have two teams. The structure team builds the glass and metal and unloads the container on arrival, including our rental of a crane with 4,000 kg lift capacity. Court structure set-up takes about 3 days per court. The turf team then places, cuts, glues and sands the turf, which takes 1 day per court.

Yes. Our court prices are packages where everything is handled from our end, including unloading from container to site, which the industry standard usually leaves to the client. All silica sand needed (2,000 kg per court) plus back-up sand is included and delivered before turf installation.

Basic glass panel cleaning, brushing of the courts and monthly check-ups on the glass screws. We provide a maintenance schedule for your staff to follow.

Maintenance is done by staff already on salary, so it is not an extra cost. Sand and extra sand are included in the court package. In year two you may need more silica sand, which we sell at 7,900 THB per tonne.

Around 300 lux is more than enough for a club and recreational courts. With 200 W dedicated padel LED fixtures at 6 to 8 m height the light disperses evenly. Our lighting has been used for numerous FIP and APPT international tournaments, on covered and outdoor courts, with zero complaints to date.

We include high quality, well tested 200 W LEDs for all our courts: cost efficient and reliable. The ideal aim is a small tilt of no more than 10 to 15 degrees toward the court, combined with an asymmetric optic of roughly 25 to 35 degrees, to control glare and keep light inside the cage. Our team angles the lights correctly on installation.

Yes. Each light position is shown on a court drawing. The electrical load requirement is 1,600 W per court. We recommend 3-phase power at the venue, both for welding during the roof build and for when all courts are lit at once. The main electrical connection must be done by an electrician.

A 3-year structural warranty covers production problems, which to date has never been an issue. Glass carries no warranty against breakage, as glass occasionally breaks at every padel club. We always include extra glass panels as backup and support you in fitting a replacement.

Yes, free of charge: extra glass panels, extra washers for screws, extra plastic supports for the glass panels, and screws.

Production takes 4 weeks (custom colours are free of charge but usually add 2 weeks), loading the container 1 to 2 weeks, sea transport 10 to 14 days, and customs clearance and delivery 2 to 3 days. From confirmation to delivered courts is roughly 10 weeks. When we are also constructing the project, the court order is timed to land as close to completion of the roof and slab as possible.
